Supply of Desktop Computers and Laptops, Supply and Installation of Generators, Multimedia Projectors, and IT Equipment

The University of Education, Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on LOT Wise Basis from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Desktop Computers (156 units) - Laptops (14 units) - 30 KVA Generators (2 units) - Multimedia Projectors (15 units) - IT Equipment including LCD 55" Android TV, Printer & Multifunction devices The procurement covers supply and installation of the above IT and electrical equipment for the University of Education, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with PEC if applicable, have valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA and University websites. Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity is 90 days. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to require physical verification or Affidavit at any stage. The closing date for submission is 08-10-2026 by 09:30 AM, with opening starting at 10:00 AM onwards. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
