Reclamation of Irreparable Damaged Transformers with 50-KVA and 100-KVA Capacities

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the reclamation of irreparable damaged transformers. The transformers have capacities of 50-KVA and 100-KVA with a shortage of Nil to 100% copper and Nil to 20% shortage of core, damaged tanks/bodies, tubes, top cover, and base plate etc. The reclamation will be done on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis without transformers oil and some other components. Transformers can be checked at FESCO Regional Stores as per WAPDA Specification No.DDS-84-2020 (Amended to date) without amendment No.5 and excluding all type tests, using the prime material i.e. new oil and new enamelled copper wire. Rates are in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties without involving foreign exchange element with free pick from Regional Stores under FESCO and free delivery at respective consignee store (FCS) Regional Stores FESCO Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha & Mianwali. Items being procured: - 50-KVA capacity transformers (approx. 200 units) - 100-KVA capacity transformers (approx. 200 units) Bidders must submit bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms & conditions, and other information available at EPADS (www.epads.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS on or before 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office of undersigned before the deadline. Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS.
