Supply of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Office Furniture for Directorate General Mines & Minerals Punjab

The Directorate General Mines & Minerals Punjab Lahore invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) for the supply of Desktop Computers, Laptops with Accessories, Scanner & Display Screen 65" or more, and Office Furniture including Executive Table, Office Table, Visitor Chairs, Revolving Chair, Revolving Chair Executive, and Side Wracks. This procurement is under the ADP Scheme titled 'CHIEF MINISTER PUNJAB VALUE ADDITION FINANCING FOR PINK SALT' for the financial year 2026/27 - 2032/33. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers, Laptop with Accessories, Scanner & Display Screen 65" or more - Executive Table, Office Table, Visitor Chairs, Revolving Chair, Revolving Chair Executive, Side Wracks The procurement will be conducted via a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit separate E-bids for each item. The estimated costs are Rs. 2,225,000 for IT equipment and Rs. 2,560,000 for office furniture. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in favor of the Project Director of the ADP Scheme. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Eligibility criteria include valid Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, and listing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must provide bank statements, audit reports, and tax returns for the last three years. They must also have at least three years of relevant experience and ensure availability of qualified technical staff. The bids must be uploaded on the E-Procurement Portal before the submission deadline. The bid submission date and time is 20 October 2026 till 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Offers will remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The Directorate General Mines & Minerals Punjab Lahore will not be responsible for any issues related to the portal. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely uploading of bids on the e-Procurement portal well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, carefully quote rates for each item as any item without a quoted rate will be considered non-responsive.
