Supply of Dietary Items for Police Training College Multan

Police Training College Multan invites sealed tenders based on Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the supply of dietary items for the mess in PTC Multan for the financial year 2026-2027 (till 30th June 2027). The procurement is open to well reputed and financially sound firms registered with GST and Income Tax Departments and registered on the E-Procurement system. Items being procured: - Supply of Dietary Items Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through the E-Procurement portal. The technical proposal should include detailed specifications, make and model, firm's letterhead, catalogue, bidding documents, earnest money for respective items, and samples. Financial proposals must include rates inclusive of all taxes and charges as per government rules. Technical proposals will be opened on 10.11.2026 at 11:00 AM, followed by financial proposal opening for technically qualified bidders. Submission of samples on the opening day is mandatory. Dietary items must meet the given specifications and be fresh, class-1 quality supplied daily at the store of Commandant Police Training College Multan. Expired items will not be accepted. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank draft from any scheduled bank in favor of Commandant Police Training College Multan is required. The bid security will be refunded after tender finalization. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value, refundable upon successful contract completion. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. An affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any government department is required. The department reserves the right to reject all tenders under PPRA Rules-35. Bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from the E-Procurement system and PPRA website.
