Supply of Dietary Items for Police Training College Multan 2026-2027

Police Training College Multan invites sealed tenders through the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and E-Procurement system for the supply of dietary items for the mess in PTC Multan for the financial year 2026-2027 ending 30th June 2027. The procurement is open to well reputed and financially sound firms registered with GST and Income Tax Departments and registered on the E-Procurement portal. Items being procured: - Supply of Dietary Items The bidding procedure follows Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal including detailed specifications, make & model, catalogues, bidding documents, earnest money, and samples, and a Financial Proposal with rates inclusive of all taxes and charges. Technical proposals will be opened on 21.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened thereafter. Submission of samples is mandatory and must meet the given specifications. Bidders must provide a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of Commandant Police Training College Multan. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the tender except for the successful bidder who must provide a performance guarantee of 3% of the total contract value. Bids incomplete, unsigned, late, or submitted by others than specified mode will not be considered. An affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government department is required. The successful bidder will supply fresh class-1 dietary articles daily at the store of Commandant Police Training College Multan. Expired dietary articles will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to reject all tenders under PPRA Rules-35.
