Supply of Disposable Surgical Hand Disinfection and Ultra Sound Printing Roll

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of specific medical and printing items. This procurement is governed by PPRA rules and is open only to DRAP registered firms with DRAP enlistment of the product. Bid security must be submitted as earnest money via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi with rates varying from 2% to 5% of the quoted value depending on firm registration status. The offer remains valid for 120 days from commercial offer opening. A performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Bidding documents including technical offer, earnest money draft, and commercial offer must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked and sealed in one large envelope with the tender enquiry number. Submission is accepted till 0930 hours on the tender opening date at the tender room reception of DGP (Army). Tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives.
