Supply of Drinking Mineral/Bottled Water at SBP Banking Services Corporation Sukkur

The SBP Banking Services Corporation Sukkur invites bids for the supply of drinking mineral/bottled water for its office located in Sukkur. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the contract period is one year from the date of commencement. The department requires daily delivery of 19-liter bottled water to the SBP BSC Sukkur office. Items being procured: - 19 Liter Drinking Water Bottles (estimated quantity 3000 bottles for one year) The successful bidder must complete the delivery cycle between 09:00 to 17:30 hours regularly in bulk as per actual requirement on a five-day week basis or as and when required. The delivery will be considered accomplished when the items are delivered at the purchaser's site as per the schedule of requirements. The supplier is also required to provide 50 empty bottles without any security charges and monthly cleaning service for 4 dispensers. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, presence in Sukkur, valid PSQCA license for current and last five years, ISO or HACCP certification, no blacklisting or litigation, minimum annual turnover of PKR 10 million over the last three years, and experience supplying bottled water to at least three government, semi-government, private, or multinational organizations in the last five years. Bidders must submit an affidavit for blacklisting status and a declaration for beneficial ownership. The bid security amount is Rs. 15,000/- payable via Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Payment Order.
