Supply of Electrical Distribution Material for LESCO Local Funds

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from manufacturers, suppliers, and repairing workshops registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for distribution material financed under LESCO's Local Funds (own resources) for free delivery to Consignee's Stores (F.C.S.) at Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore, 132-KV Grid Station, and Walgaon Sohail (Feroze Wattwan) and Pattoki. Items being procured: - P.G Connector S-117 (PVC), Quantity: 800,000 Nos. - Mobile Double Axle Trolley for 200-KVA standby Transformer Sub-Station & 11-KV Metering Panel, Quantity: 200 Nos. - 100-KVA Repairable Transformers (As per Amendment No.5), Quantity: 28 Nos. - 400-KVA Repairable Transformers (As per Amendment No.4), Quantity: 20 Nos. - 630-KVA Repairable Transformers (As per Amendment No.5), Quantity: 1 Nos. - 100-KVA Irrepairable Transformers (As per Amendment No.5), Quantity: 100 Nos. The scope includes supply of electrical distribution materials as per detailed specifications and drawings available in bidding documents. Bidders must comply with bid bond, security, and performance guarantee requirements as per bidding documents. Bids will be submitted electronically via E-PADs portal and a hard copy of Bid Bond/Guarantee must be submitted in hard form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HO, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the specified dates and times through E-PADs portal.
