Supply of Electrical & Electronic Items by Senior District Accounts Officer Kharan

The Senior District Accounts Officer Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of electrical and electronic items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Electrical & Electronic items (Total 9 items) The bidding requires a 2% bid security in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Eligibility criteria include 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of 3,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years and at least 2,000,000 PKR turnover in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must have active tax payer status and sales tax certificate. Joint ventures are not permissible. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Local presence is preferable. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The complete bidding document is also available for viewing at the same website. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the supplier dashboard by 02 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system. Submission address is District Accounts Office Kharan. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and to prepare their technical and financial bids carefully to avoid disqualification.
