Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed E-bids Version 2.0 under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the supply of various electrical materials and IT equipment. Delivery is to HESCO regional stores in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid Income and Sales Tax registration, and be active taxpayers. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker's Cheque from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory. Bidders must register on EPADS Ver 2.0 to participate and submit electronic bids via EPADS portal only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Key submission deadlines are 18 September 2026 for bill forms, 28 September 2026 for transformers and meters, and 29 September 2026 for IT equipment.
