Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the supply of various electrical and electronic items on free delivery basis at KS&EW, Karachi. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Items being procured include: - Electronic Modules (as per attached product datasheet of 26 pages and specification of 01 page) - Panel & Distribution Boards (as per attached specification of 01 page and indent, quantity 5 pieces) - Controller XE Pro (01 No, brand Ingersoll Rand or equivalent, as per attached indent specification of 01 page) The scope includes supply, installation, commissioning (where applicable), factory acceptance tests, and provision of all technical documents such as certificates, procurement order cycles, wiring diagrams, and authorized distribution certificates. A one-year supplier warranty on replacement basis is mandatory alongside OEM warranty. Delivery period is 15 days after issuance of purchase order. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors and provide valid NTN and GST numbers. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Pay Order is required with the offer. Validity of the tender must be at least 60 days from the date of commercial/financial opening. The tenders must conform strictly to the enquiry specifications; multiple prices or brands against one item will lead to rejection. Tender documents are available for Rs. 2,000/- each and can be obtained from the Procurement Department or downloaded from KS&EW and PPRA websites.
