Supply of EOD Suite Complete to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Interested firms must provide the following documents to obtain tender specifications: photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested copy of registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, proof of go down, undertaking of financial capability, attested bank statement for last one year, attested CNIC copy of Managing Director, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting by any government organization, details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations, details of property/assets moveable or immoveable, and for non-manufacturing firms, verifiable certificate of original manufacturer or agency agreement. An original challan form No. 32-A for Rs 2000/- for registered firms and Rs 2000/- for unregistered firms must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, registered or unregistered, must provide 5% bid security up to an upper limit of Rs 1.000 million along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
