Supply of Fiberglass Dustbins for Retail Outlets at PSO Central Store Keamari Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of fiberglass dustbins for retail outlets at the PSO Central Store located in Keamari, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at ensuring durable and high-quality dustbins that meet PSO's specifications and standards. Items being procured: - Fiberglass Dustbins (Pigmented Fiber Glass, FRP thickness 4mm) Quantity: 600 units The dustbins and their body parts are made of pigmented fiberglass with colors as per the attached drawings S-058-A Rev-4 dated 15-07-08 and DB-001 dated 4-10-2007. The flap swing uses 3 mm or greater diameter steel rods. Graphics are to be applied on printable white vinyl substrates such as 3M RG 40-10 or Avery Vinyl MPI 8112 or PSO approved equivalents, with solvent-based inks protected against oil and abrasion. PSO will provide artwork for vinyl graphics pasting. A 3-year warranty is required covering color fading, adhesiveness, and scratch resistance. Packing must include individual bubble sheet wrapping and heavy-duty cardboard cartons with proper nameplates inside showing vendor and PSO purchase order details. Samples must be submitted for approval before fabrication. PSO reserves the right to inspect samples and conduct thickness gauging using minor destructive methods, with repairs required before delivery. Bidders must submit certificates from M/s 3M, Avery, or PSO approved equivalents for graphic materials used. Alternative brands may be offered with full technical and commercial details and samples for approval. PSO reserves the right to request design or color changes without additional cost. Delivery schedule requires 50% of the quantity within 75 days and the remaining 50% within 120 days from purchase order issuance. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. A penalty of 0.1% per day on undelivered quantities applies, capped at 10% of the order value. Security deposit will be released one year after delivery. The bid security amount is Rs. 250,000. Interested suppliers should prepare their bids carefully, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely submission by the deadline of 18 August 2026 at 2:15 PM. Submission should be made as per PSO instructions.
