Supply of Filters (Oil, Fuel & Air) and Batteries for Preventive Maintenance of Generators at SBP Head Office Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Filters (Oil, Fuel & Air) and Batteries for preventive maintenance of generators at the SBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Fuel Filters, Oil Filters, Air Filters, Water Separators for various generator models including FG Wilson (650kVA, 200kVA, 550kVA, 500kVA, 1500kVA, 60kVA, 30kVA, 20kVA, 80kVA, 160kVA, 350kVA, 16kVA, 150kVA), Cummins (550kVA), Mitsubishi (625kVA), CAT (320kVA, 500kVA) - Lead acid batteries of various capacities (200-235 Ah, 130-145 Ah, 100-130 Ah, 90-100 Ah sealed maintenance free dry batteries) with heavy duty terminals The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality filters and batteries compatible with the specified generator models, ensuring preventive maintenance and operational reliability. Delivery is to be made at the Engineering Store, SBP Complex, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi within 210 days from the contract commencement date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayer List, and to have relevant experience and financial capability as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
