Tender Description
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers for supply of fire fighting equipment at the GEPCO Warehouse in Gujranwala. This procurement is planned under Tender No. PMU/GEPCO/2026-27.

The scope includes supply of specified fire fighting equipment to the GEPCO warehouse with free delivery (FCS). Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS V2.0, following the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR/ATL, relevant PEC categories, and experience in supply of similar goods. Bidders must ensure bid validity of 150 days and bid guarantee validity of 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders are advised to regularly check the EPADS V2.0 portal for updates and clarifications. Submission of bids after the deadline or without required bid security will be rejected.
