Supply of Fishing Nets and Essential Accessories under Community Procurement for Fiberglass Boats Upgradation

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan, invites bids for the supply of fishing nets and essential accessories under community procurement for the upgradation of fiberglass boats. This procurement is part of the Gwadar-Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP-II), funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The PMU Gwadar Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project Phase II is facilitating the Cooperative Societies during this procurement process. Items being procured: - Fishing nets - Essential accessories for fiberglass boats Delivery points include Bhundarwari, Jiwani, Pishukan, Gwadar, Surbandar, Kalmat, Churbandar, Pasni, and Taak Ormara. The procurement will follow the community procurement manual under IFAD Procurement Guidelines. Bids will be evaluated on the Lowest Evaluated Price basis using the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Bidders must have relevant experience in supplying similar items. Bids must be delivered to the PIU GLLSP II office at House #3 Roonjha Colony main RCD Road Uthal by 11:30 AM on Thursday 1st October 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
