Supply and Fixing of GIS-Based E Mapping of Smog Hotspots Industries at Sundar Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) invites qualified contractors, vendors, and suppliers to submit bids for the supply and fixing of GIS-based e-mapping of smog hotspots industries at Sundar Industrial Estate in Lahore. This procurement is aimed at enhancing environmental monitoring and control through advanced GIS technology. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of GIS-based e-mapping of smog hotspots industries at Sundar Industrial Estate The scope includes the provision of GIS mapping services and installation at the industrial estate site. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C6 or above, possess valid FBR and Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and PRA certification, ISO 9001 certification, and have relevant experience in similar works. Bidding will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bid security amounting to Rs. 118,427/- must be submitted digitally through e-Procurement, representing 2% of the estimated cost. The deadline for bid submission is 24-September-2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on the same day. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency will face cancellation and punitive action. BOM-SIE reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
