Supply and Installation of Solar Panel System at Bank of Punjab Branches and Allied Offices

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the supply and installation of Solar Panel Systems at its branches and allied offices. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Solar Panel System for Bank of Punjab Branches - Installation services at Allied Offices Bidders must submit bids digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 01-10-2026 (11:00 am). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later at a date to be announced. The scope includes supply of solar panels and related equipment, installation at multiple branch locations, and compliance with all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally through the e-Procurement portal.
