Supply and Fixing of Home Solar Systems and Construction of Water Supply Schemes and Boundary Wall at District Killa Saifullah

The District Council Killa Saifullah invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for important development works for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates basis with a 2% bid security for each work. The works include: - Supply and fixing of home solar system and Madrasa/School at District Killa Saifullah areas - Supply and fixing of home solar system and Madrasa solarization at different Union Councils of District Council Killa Saifullah - Construction of water supply schemes/local bore/dangah/Madrasa rooms and boundary wall at District Council Killa Saifullah These projects involve installation of solar power systems for homes and educational institutions, as well as construction of water supply infrastructure and boundary walls. The scope requires contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current year 2026-27 in the relevant category, and registration with tax authorities including NTN, BRA, and Sales Tax Department where applicable. No bank drafts or banker checks will be accepted; bid security must be submitted as a deposit at a scheduled bank. Qualified contractors must also submit 10% performance security in the form of a deposit at a scheduled bank as per BPPRA rules. The contract completion period is 90 days. Bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 till 12:00 PM through the supplier dashboard. Opening of bids will occur the same day at 01:00 PM at the Office of the District Council Killa Saifullah. The council reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per BPPRA rules.
