Supply of Flags, Bunting, Badges, Panaflex Streamers, Decoration Lights, and Sound System for 14th August Celebration

The Cantonment Board Malir, Karachi, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites sealed bids from suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, and authorized dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the supply of flags, bunting, badges, Panaflex streamers, hiring of decoration lights, and sound system for the celebration of 14th August 2026 at Malir Cantt. Items being procured: - Supply flags - Bunting - Badges - Panaflex Streamers - Hiring of Decorations lights - Sound System Bidding documents containing the Form of Bid, detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available at the office of Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi. The price of bidding documents is Rs.1000. A bid security of 5% of the bid price is required in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Cantonment Board Malir, refundable if the bid is rejected. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted to the office of Cantonment Board Malir on or before 06 August 2026 at 12:00 Noon. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 Noon. Financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened on 07 August 2026 at 12:00 Noon. This tender follows the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible bidders should ensure they have valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR registration, and relevant experience in supplying similar items.
