Supply of Food, Hiring Charges and Repair of Vehicles for Police Personnel

The Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Larkano, invites sealed tenders from firms registered with Sindh Government paying tax and having NTN numbers. The procurement covers supply of food items, hiring charges of private vehicles, and repair of government vehicles for police personnel for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Chicken Biryani per Deg (8x10 kg) - Vegetable Biryani per Deg (10 kg) - Chicken Qorma per Deg (10 kg) - Beef Qorma per Deg (10 kg) - Beef Qeema per Deg (10 kg) - Beef Biryani per Deg (8x10 kg) - Vegetable per Deg (10 kg) - Daal per Deg (10 kg) - Chapati / Nan 1 No - Tea one cup - Pratha 1 No - Mineral Water - Juice - Disposable Tea Cup 1 No - Disposable Lunch Box 1 No - Hiring charges for Coasters, Trollers, Bus, Wagon, Suzuki Pickup - Repair of HTV Vehicles (6 units), LTV Vehicles (83 units), Motorcycles (72 units) The technical scope includes feeding police personnel on special occasions such as Eid-ul-Azha, Muharram, VIP duties, emergency duties, and other police events. Vehicle hiring and repair services are also required for emergency and anti-dacoit operations. The tender requires firms to have at least three years of relevant experience, valid income tax and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and an annual financial turnover of at least 15 million PKR. Earnest money in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained from the SSP Larkano Accounts Branch upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000. The last date for bid submission is 23rd July 2026 by 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 4:00 PM the same day. All bids must be complete and accompanied by earnest money.
