Tender Description
Cadet College Petaro, located in District Jamshoro, Sindh, is procuring fresh buffalo milk supplies for its Cadets' Mess and residents. This procurement is specifically for the supply of pure, fresh buffalo milk without any additives, ensuring hygienic and quality standards are maintained throughout the contract period. The contractor is required to establish and maintain a dairy farm within the college premises, housing a minimum of 50 healthy buffaloes, and supply milk as per the demanded quantity and schedule. The scope includes maintaining hygienic conditions of the animals and farm, timely delivery, and quality assurance with no use of medicines to enhance milk production or quality. The contractor must also manage feed and grass provisions independently and handle dues collection from residents directly.
Eligibility criteria include registration with EPADS, valid NTN, Sales Tax, Professional Tax certificates, active FBR/ATL status, and relevant experience with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 12 million. Bidders must submit a technical bid with all mandatory documents including CNIC, authority letters, bank statements, and experience certificates. The bid security is set at PKR 1,000,000 with a validity of 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 22nd June 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1200 hours the same day at the College Conference Hall.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents are complete and properly uploaded on EPADS before the deadline, as incomplete bids or missing bid security will be rejected. Also, bidders should prepare for the possibility of additional demand and have arrangements to supply extra milk from outside sources if required. The contract duration and terms are fixed, and no price revision will be entertained during the contract period. The department emphasizes strict compliance with quality and delivery schedules to avoid penalties or contract cancellation.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for experienced dairy suppliers to engage with a prestigious educational institution in Sindh, with clear guidelines and a transparent bidding process. The earnest money, technical bid preparation, and timely submission are critical for successful participation.
