Supply of Fresh Food and Dry Food Items to National Institute of Public Administration Lahore

The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Lahore invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must be active taxpayers listed with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the supply of Grocery Items including Dry Food and Fresh Food Items, as well as Dairy and Meat Items such as Chicken, Mutton, Beef, and Fish, to NIPA Lahore. Items being procured: - Grocery Items (Dry Food and Fresh Food Items) - Dairy Items - Meat Items (Chicken, Mutton, Beef & Fish) The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, samples, and quantity requirements and are available at the office of the Mess Officer, NIPA Lahore, located at 78-Shahrah-e-Quaid-i-Azam (Upper Mall), Lahore. Bids must be prepared according to the specifications and samples and submitted in the tender box at the office of the Additional Director (Admn & Fin), NIPA Lahore by 11:00 a.m. on 10-September, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of representatives of bidding firms. A 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in the name of Director General, NIPA Lahore, must be deposited along with the tender documents as earnest money for quoted items. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for the Financial Year 2026-27. Successful bidders will supply and deliver the items to NIPA Lahore. NIPA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 33. Bids not complying with terms, conditions, or specifications will be rejected and bid security forfeited.
