Tender Description
Cadet College Petaro, located in District Jamshoro, Sindh, is procuring fresh fruits and vegetables for its Cadets' Mess and a commercial shop within the college premises. This procurement covers the supply of all seasonal and non-seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables to the mess and the sale of these items to residents and cadets through a fruit and vegetable shop. The contract includes running the shop, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to market rates from Hyderabad mandi.
The technical scope involves daily supply of fresh produce of good quality, with rates linked to prevailing wholesale market prices. The supplier must ensure timely delivery as per the messing officer's schedule and maintain a shop in the college commercial area, charging rent and maintenance fees as per college policy. The contract is extendable based on performance and mutual agreement.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and EOBI, possess NTN and sales tax registration, and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of PKR 8.5 million. Experience certificates from reputable government organizations for at least three years are mandatory. Bidders must submit a valid bid security of PKR 500,000 and tender fee of PKR 2,500.
The tender was published on 3rd June 2026, with bids to be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal by 22nd June 2026 at 1100 hours.
