Supply of Fuels and Fuel Additives and Lubricants and Anti Corrosive Materials

The Balochistan Constabulary Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of fuels and fuel additives and lubricants and anti corrosive materials. Items being procured: - Fuels and Fuel Additives and Lubricants and Anti corrosive Materials (Total Item(s) Count: 1) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity of 4,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years, with a turnover of at least 5,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and hold a Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Submission of the required bid security is mandatory; in case bid security is not found as required during financial evaluation, the bidding firm shall be declared ineligible and non-responsive. Bidders must agree to supply the goods within a stipulated time period of 90 days. The firm must quote financial bid/rates in mounds/40 kg. Only eligible bidders shall be required to submit best quality samples (Dry & Mix) of the required item after completion of the eligibility assessment. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of a deposit at call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
