Supply of Furnace Fuel Oil Grade 125/50 and 180/50 for Directorate General Procurement (Army)

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of furnace fuel oil under PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Furnace Fuel Oil Grade (125/50) quantity 375.242 M/Ton - Furnace Fuel Oil Grade (180/50) quantity 93.810 M/Ton The supply period is from 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2028 after signing the contract. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase, attested sales tax registration, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC of MD, trade link with OEM, and certificates proving non-default or blacklisting status. Firms other than registered manufacturing firms must provide justifiable proof of manufacturing or agency agreement. An original challan form No. 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a bid security of 5% with an upper limit of Rs. 1.0 Million along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. The offer of the lowest bidder will be binding under contract act 1872 and PPRA rules including DPPI-35 (Revised 2024). A performance bank guarantee of 5-10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of acceptance. Tenders will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. This is an open tender and FOR basis procurement. The last date for collection of tender documents is 20 October 2026. Submission and opening of tenders will be on 27 October 2026 at 1100 hrs and 1130 hrs respectively.
