Supply of Furniture & Fixtures for SPH and BMC Quetta

The SPH and BMC Quetta invite eligible bidders for the supply of Furniture & Fixtures totaling 13 items. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixtures (Total Item(s) Count: 13) Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least 4,800,000 PKR in the previous year and presence in the Active Tax Payer List with a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint Ventures are not permissible. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of the required bid security is mandatory; failure to provide it will result in disqualification. Samples provision is required. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must be submitted as a deposit call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until 03 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 03 September 2026 till 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. The submission address is P&D Department, Civil Secretariat Quetta.
