Supply of Furniture and Fixtures for Government Boys Inter College Miskane-Kalat District Kharan

The CWPP&H Department District Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of furniture and fixtures for the Government Boys Inter College Miskane-Kalat in District Kharan. This procurement is for missing facilities including the purchase of furniture for the Examination Hall. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixtures (Total Items Count: 4) The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 1,200,000 in the last 5 years and must be present on the Active Tax Payer List with a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint Ventures are not permissible. Submission of the required bid security of 2% is mandatory. Failure to provide bid security will result in disqualification. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 500. The issuance of tender documents is available from the date of publication until 17 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 17 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. The bids must accompany bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
