Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH) invites bids from reputed suppliers registered with PEC in the applicable category, holding valid NTN and KPRA registration with active filing status on ATL of FBR and KPRA. The procurement is for supply of furniture for the WSSCH office located in Haripur. Items being procured: - Supply of Furniture for WSSCH Office The procurement will follow the single-stage-one-envelope method and items rate procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Interested bidders can obtain complete bid documents from the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCH between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days upon presenting a receipt of tender fee of Rs. 2000/- paid to Bank of Khyber Haripur. Documents are also downloadable from EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). A 2% bid security must be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid, and the original Call, Demand Draft, or Pay Order must be delivered to the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCH before the closing time. The quoted rates shall remain valid for 3 months from the bid closing date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the office of General Manager (HR, Admin, Procurement & IT). Tenders must be uploaded through EPADS before 11:30 AM on November 4, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives. Original tender fee receipt and original bid security must be submitted to the procurement committee on the bid opening date. Bids should include all applicable taxes, levies, and duties as per KPPRA rules. WSSCH reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of items or works as per actual requirements.
