Supply of General, Housekeeping and Cleaning Items at High Court of Sindh, Karachi for FY 2026–2027

The High Court of Sindh, Karachi invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) for the supply of general, housekeeping and cleaning items for various branches, offices, court rooms and chambers of the High Court of Sindh, Karachi, for the Financial Year 2026–2027. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with bids submitted electronically by 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 2nd November, 2026, and bid opening at 11:00 a.m. on the same day at the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi. Bidders must examine samples available at the High Court Store and submit samples for approval prior to purchase orders. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, delivery, and other charges. Bidders must be registered with SPPRA, hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registrations, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Minimum three years relevant experience and average annual turnover of at least Rs. 5 million in the last three years are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the deadline, with scanned Bid Security uploaded and original Bid Security plus signed hard copy delivered to the Bid Submission Address before bid opening. Bid opening will be public and bidders may attend online or in person. The High Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS and carefully prepare your samples and documentation to avoid disqualification. Upload scanned Bid Security and deliver originals timely to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
