Supply of General Stationery, Marking Cloth, Toner, Printing Supplies and Computer Consumables for AJK BISE Mirpur

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE) Mirpur invites sealed bids under the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure for the supply of various items and services. This procurement is divided into multiple lots to facilitate participation from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, and IT firms in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2017. Items being procured: - Lot 1: General Stationery Items and Marking Cloth with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 1,000,000 - Lot 2: Toner, Printing Supplies & Consumables Items with a CDR of Rs. 600,000 The bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained by submitting a written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 2,000 per set via AJK BISE Online Challan, Bill Invoice, or other approved payment methods such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App, or HBL Konnect. Bidders must submit a valid CDR issued by a Scheduled Bank in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur, valid for at least 120 days from the bid opening date. Sealed bids must be submitted before 11:30 am on 22-09-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to apply, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government Ministry, Division, Department, or Organization is mandatory.
