Procurement of Used Answer Books, Unused Answer Books, Office Use and Confidential Stationery, and Computer Paper for Intermediate and Secondary Education

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of various stationery and paper items required for examination and office use. This tender is open to eligible suppliers who can provide the specified items in accordance with the required standards and quantities. The procurement is aimed at ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and efficient office operations for the upcoming academic session. Items being procured: - Used answer books for marking (865,000 units, 69 grams, estimated cost Rs. 59,685,000) - Unused answer books for supplementary exams (107,700 units, 67 grams, estimated cost Rs. 7,215,900) - Office use and confidential stationery (43,100 units, 61 grams, estimated cost Rs. 2,629,100) - Computer paper (148,550 units, 42 grams, estimated cost Rs. 6,239,100) The total estimated cost for all items is **PKR 75,769,100**. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost, which amounts to **PKR 3,788,455**, in the form of a CDR or pay order. All participating firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items to educational boards or government departments will be considered an advantage. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by **1:30 PM on 26-09-2026**. The technical bids will be opened at **2:00 PM** on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained.
