Supply of General Stationery and Markin Cloth, Toner, Printing Supplies & Consumables to AJK Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE) Mirpur invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure (Technical and Financial proposals submitted simultaneously) from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, and IT firms in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2017 and the terms of the bidding documents. Items being procured: - General Stationery Items and Markin Cloth (1 to 65 sets as per Stationary Items) with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 10,00,000 - Toner, Printing Supplies & Consumables Items (1 to 24 sets as per Computer Items) with a CDR of Rs. 6,00,000 Bidders must submit sealed bids to the undersigned before 11:30 am on 22-09-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Interested firms may obtain bidding documents (complete lot set or separate lot set) by submitting a written application in the name of the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a payment proof of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) for each set via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice (Other Bank Mobile Apps, JazzCash or EasyPaisa), HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect, in favor of Secretary, AJK BISE. Bidders are required to submit only the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the respective amount listed above, issued by a Scheduled Bank, in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur. The CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the date of bid opening. Detailed specifications of items and terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. No tender documents shall be issued on the date of opening. Blacklisted firms will not apply. An affidavit that the contractor/firm has not been blacklisted by the Ministry/ Division/ Department/ Organization of the Government is mandatory.
