The Azad Jammu And Kashmir Board Of Intermediate And Secondary Education Mirpur invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure for the supply of various items and services. This procurement is divided into two lots covering general stationery and marking cloth, as well as toner, printing supplies, and consumables for computer items. Items being procured: - Lot 1: General Stationery Items and Markin Cloth (Quantity 1 to 65) - Lot 2: Toner, Printing Supplies & Consumables Items (Quantity 1 to 24) Bidders must submit their bids before 11:30 am on 22-09-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Interested firms can obtain bidding documents by submitting a written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a payment proof of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice, or HBL Mobile App/HBL Konnect. Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the respective amount listed for each lot, issued by a Scheduled Bank in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur. The CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the date of bid opening. No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to apply.
