Supply of General Store Items for Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur

The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur (GSCWU) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents/dealers/distributors duly registered with the relevant Income Tax and GST tax authorities for procurement during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - General Store Items (Specifications/Quantity/detail of items are in bidding document) This procurement involves supply of general store items as detailed in the bidding documents available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System and the university website www.gscwu.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their complete e-bid along with all required documents and Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 185,225/-) electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before Friday, October 30, 2026, up to 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Conditional or incomplete bids may be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons.
