Supply of Goods and Services for Annual Urs Celebrations at Various Shrines by Auqaf Department Sindh

Bidders must be registered with federal and provincial tax authorities, have valid NTN and SRB registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. A minimum of 3 years experience with at least 5 purchase orders and completed work of Rs. 3 million with government or semi-government entities is required. Average annual turnover for the last 3 years should not be less than Rs. 3 million. Earnest money in the form of 5% bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically on the SPPRA E-PADS portal and a printed technical proposal in a sealed envelope at the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh office in Hyderabad. Conditional, telegraphic, late, or incomplete bids will be rejected. In case of government holidays or unforeseen closures, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Bidders are advised to carefully read all bidding documents and ensure all mandatory documents are submitted to avoid disqualification. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security is sealed in a separate envelope and submitted before bid opening to avoid rejection. The deadline for submission is **1st October 2026** by 1:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:00 PM on the same day at the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh office in Hyderabad.
