Bidders must be registered with federal and provincial tax authorities, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and provide bid security of 5% of the total bid value along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-PADS portal and a printed technical proposal must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh office in Hyderabad. Conditional, telegraphic, late, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements including valid NTN, SRB registration, ATL status, and submission of original bid security. The tender closing date is **1st October 2026** with bid opening at 2:00 PM. In case of government holidays or unforeseen closures, the process will continue on the next working day at the same time and venue.
