Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of various materials as per detailed specifications. This procurement is for the city of Wah Cantt under the jurisdiction of Punjab province. The items being procured include: - Graphite (TMP-515), 300 KG with specifications including ash max 2.5%, sulphur content max 0.02%, moisture max 0.2%, neutral reaction, granulation passing US Sifter No.120 - Potassium Sulphate MIL P-193-A TYPE-I, 4600 KG with purity min 99%, moisture max 1%, insoluble matter max 0.1%, grit none, acidity max 0.01%, alkalinity max 0.03%, chlorides max 0.02%, granulation passing US Sieve No. 50 min 100% - Rubberized Bags with external fabric lining, capacity 25 KGS, ID 400 mm, height 860 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm +/- 10%, quantity 400 units - Rubberized Bags with external fabric lining (flat) round bottom, height 1000 mm, width 700 mm, wall thickness 1.5 mm +/- 10%, quantity 200 units - Synthetic Refrigeration Oil SUNISO SL46 or equivalent, 420 liters - Synthetic Refrigeration Oil SUNISO SL68 or equivalent, 200 liters The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications, including quality parameters and delivery within 3 months after issuance of contract. Inspection will be conducted by authorized representatives of POF. Only registered suppliers with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR are eligible. Bidders must submit bid security as per prescribed percentages and tender fee of Rs. 500. Performance bond of up to 10% of contract value is required from successful bidders. Warranty/Guarantee period is one year. Offers must be valid for at least 90 days. Submission is electronic via www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 30 minutes of tender opening at 10:30 hours on 22-SEP-26.
