The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Tump invites Tender/Bid for execution of works listed below for the financial year 2026-27 based on Composite schedule rates 2026 on Percentage Rate from eligible contractors/firms with the Bid Security @ 2% of estimated cost in shape of Call Deposit (Refundable). The non-refundable Tender Form Fee to be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan Branch situated in Balochistan Province through Green Bank Challan in a head of account (C03136) verified by the District Accounts Officer. Only electronic bid will be submitted, no physical bid is required. Items being procured: - Provision of Agriculture Bore in Talamb Mand Tump, Balochsabad - Provision of Agriculture Bore in Nigore Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work. Turnover of at least 40,000,000 PKR per year. Submission previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million) in Relevant Category and Specialized Code of CE09 & E11. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call @ 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
