Supply of HDPE Injection Grade for Manufacturing of Plastic Caps

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of HDPE Injection Grade material specifically for manufacturing plastic caps used in lubricant cans. This procurement is critical for PSO's packaging needs at their Keamari Terminal C in Karachi. Items being procured: - HDPE Injection Grade, 25 MT total quantity, packing size 25kg per bag The HDPE material must meet strict chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties including density 0.954-0.956 kg/m³, tensile strength at yield 23-32 MPa, tensile elongation >200%, brittleness temperature below -75°C, and process temperature 165-215°C. The material should be compatible with mineral and synthetic lubricants and conform to Sabic M200056 or equivalent, subject to approved sample by M/s. Batten Feld. Delivery is required within 30 days after issuance of the Purchase Order at PSO Keamari Terminal C. The supplier must provide product quality and analysis reports with each consignment. PSO reserves the right to test material quality at supplier cost and impose penalties for non-compliance including liquidated damages and order cancellation. Part delivery and payment are allowed with minimum 4 MT per delivery. Eligibility requires compliance with PSO terms, earnest money of Rs. 100,000, and technical support for quality investigations.
