Supply of Helmet Flyers Sizes Medium, Large & X-Large

Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi for the supply of Helmet Flyers in sizes Medium, Large, and X-Large. The total quantity required is 250 Nos comprising 105 Nos each of Medium and Large sizes and 40 Nos of X-Large size. Delivery period is 9 to 12 months. Items being procured: - Helmet Flyers Size Medium (Qty-105) - Helmet Flyers Size Large (Qty-105) - Helmet Flyers Size X-Large (Qty-40) Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate from Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested sales tax registration, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, CNIC of MD, bank statement for last year, and certificates proving non-default and experience with government or semi-government organizations. Firms other than registered manufacturers must provide verifiable manufacturing or agency agreements. Original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms must provide 5% bid security up to Rs. 1.0 Million. Validity of offer is 120 days from commercial offer opening date. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
