Tender Description
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specified items to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules with emphasis on avoiding exorbitant rates.
Items being procured:
- HESCO Bag 3FT x 3FT x 3FT (Quantity: 37240 Nos)
- Power Model Amplifier, OEM Ref No PM12K, Exciter Vibration EV220H0606, Labtone Test Equipment CO, Ltd, China (Quantity: 1 Nos)
Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including agency agreement or dealership certificate for foreign OEMs, financial capability undertakings, bank statements for last 12 months, and a treasury challan of Rs 2000/- deposited for each tender separately. Photocopies of CNIC of MD, NTN certificate, and sales tax registration documents are also mandatory.
For price preference, firms must provide a list of items produced indigenously, ratio of indigenous to imported materials, and confirmation of minimum 20% value addition through indigenization.
Bid security must be attached as earnest money with offers as per firm category: 2% for pre-qualified/registered/indexed firms (max Rs 0.5 million), 3% for pre-qualified/registered but un-indexed firms (max Rs 0.75 million), and 5% for non-pre-qualified/unregistered/un-indexed firms (max Rs 1 million). Quantity offered must be 100% and offer validity is 120 days from opening of commercial proposal. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
Tenders will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in presence of firm representatives. All rights to accept or reject any or all tenders are reserved.
Bidders should ensure complete and accurate documentation to avoid disqualification. Early collection of tender documents before the deadline is advised to allow time for clarifications.
