Tender Description
The MTI - Hayatabad Medical Complex (MTI-HMC) Supply Chain Management Department in Peshawar invites registered firms to submit competitive bids through the E-PADS portal for the purchase and provision of essential items and services for MTI-HMC, Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC), Institute of Kidney Diseases (IKD), Bacha Khan Medical Complex (B&PSC), and Pakistan Institute of Child Oncology (PICO). The procurement includes High Tea/Lunch and Dinner services, Lighting, and Printing Work including Gold Medals for these affiliated institutions.

Bidders must comply with KPPRA Rules 2014 and be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The scope covers full LOT quotation for High Tea/Lunch and Dinner, Lighting, and Printing Work with Gold Medals. Partial or conditional bids will be rejected. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required: Rs. 300,000 for High Tea/Lunch and Dinner, Rs. 100,000 for Lighting, and Rs. 100,000 for Printing Work and Gold Medals.
Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 7th September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Original Bid Security in the form of CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Supply Chain Management Department, Administration Block, MTI-HMC & Affiliated Institutions before the closing date.
Technical and financial bids must be complete, signed, and stamped on official letterhead. Handwritten bids will be rejected. Scanned copies of bidding documents must be clear and legible. Taxes and duties will be deducted as per government rules. The contract will be valid until 30th June 2027 with possible extension.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your lowest bid certificate is prepared exactly as per the approved format in the bid documents to avoid disqualification for non-compliance.
