Supply of Horses Ration for Civil Services Academy Lahore

The Civil Services Academy Lahore invites sealed bids from original manufacturers or authorized distributors and suppliers for the supply of horses ration required for the Academy located at Walton Road, Lahore. This procurement is for the daily supply of various ration items essential for the care and feeding of horses at the Academy's Horse Riding School. Items being procured: - Gram (Chana) Crushed 1 KG per horse per day for 21 horses - Barley Pressed 2 KG per horse per day for 21 horses - Soya Hull 1 KG per horse per day for 21 horses - Salt 30 Gram per horse per day for 21 horses - Dry Fodder (Javi Chopped) 2 KG per horse per day for 21 horses - Bedding 1.5 KG per horse per day for 21 horses - Green Fodder (Javi, Barseem, Juwar) 18 KG per horse per day for 21 horses The supply must be delivered within 5 days from the issuance of the purchase order at the Horse Riding School, Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore. The bidders are required to provide samples of the horses ration claimed to be equivalent to the approved specifications. The samples can be inspected at the Horse Riding School Incharge Office. The rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties. The bidder must have at least one year of prior experience supplying horse ration to reputed departments and must provide proof of active tax registration (NTN, PRA, STRN) along with an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation in the last three years. Bid security of Rs. 244,273/- in the form of Bank Draft/Call Deposit/Banker Cheque in favor of Director General, Misc. Receipt Fund Account, Civil Services Academy, Lahore is required. The successful bidder will provide a 10% performance guarantee. Liquidated damages of 1% per day up to 10% of the contract price will be imposed for late delivery. Payment will be made only after successful completion of the contract. Bids will be opened publicly on 10th September 2026 at 11:30 am in the Committee Room, Library, Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore. Bidders must ensure their presence or that of their authorized representatives. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope.
