Items being procured: - Toner 25X (Black) for HP Laser Jet M806dn Printers (CF325X), 108 Nos. - Toner 93A for HP Laser Jet Printer (CZ192A), 1 No. - Toner 151A for HP Laser Jet Printer (W1150A), 3 Nos. - Maintenance Kit 220v for HP M806dn LJ Printers (C2H57A), 24 Nos. - Black Toners/Ink cartridges 826A for HP M855 Color Laser Jet Printers (HP 826 A Black Laser Toner Cartridge CF310A), 15 Nos. - Black Image Drum Kits 828A for HP M855 Color Laser Jet Printers (HP 828 A Black Laser Imaging Drum CF358A), 10 Nos. The procurement covers various HP printer consumables including toners, cartridges, image drums, and maintenance kits suitable for different HP Laser Jet printer models. The materials are intended for use at the BISE Lahore office located at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and Punjab E-Procurement System. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per rule 38 (2)(a) of PPR-2014. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 1,230,940/- is required along with a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
