Supply of Imported Paper/Art Card and Press Material for III Press

The Islamic Research Institute, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites E-bids on EPADS from well-reputed general order suppliers or companies registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on FBR's Taxpayers List (ATL) for the supply of Imported Paper/Art Card and Press Material for III Press. Items being procured: - Imported Paper - Art Card - Press Material Bidding documents containing specifications, terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, IIUI website www.iiu.edu.pk, EPADS https://ppprocure.gov.pk or obtained from the office of the undersigned. Bidding fee of Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) will be deposited along with bid/tender in shape of Call Deposit/Bank Draft in favour of IRI, IIUI. Bids must be submitted during office hours from 08:30 a.m to 03:30 p.m. The bid is valid for a period of 180-days on F.O.R basis along with bid security/Earnest money of 2% of the total bid value in the shape of Bank draft/Pay order drawn in favor of IRI, IIUI. Bids will reach the office of the undersigned by 18.09.2026 at 10:30 am which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the Seminar Room of the Institute in the presence of bidders/their representatives who may like to attend the opening ceremony. Bidders are also requested to submit the hard copy and the samples of the card/paper of the bid along with the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the tender terms and conditions. Eligibility includes registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, FBR ATL, and submission of Earnest Money Deposit. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all bidding requirements.
