Supply of Industrial Manufacturing and Processing Machinery and Accessories

The Municipal Committee Gaddani invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of industrial manufacturing and processing machinery and accessories. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Industrial Manufacturing and Processing Machinery and Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The offered machinery must fully comply with the specifications stated in the tender/quotation documents. No prior experience is required for bidders. There is no requirement for turnover, presence in Active Taxpayer List, or sales tax certificate. However, the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of 2,000 PKR during office hours from the date of publication until 25 August 2026. The last date for bid submission is 25 August 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Gaddani. Bidders are advised to register at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Ensure all bid documents are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. The bid security must be valid and properly issued in the name of the undersigned.
