Supply and Installation of 11kV Underground Network Including 11kV Ring Main Units Pad-Mounted Transformers and Kiosk Substations

Information Technology University (ITU) Lahore invites proposals and bids for the supply and installation of an 11kV underground network. This includes 11kV Ring Main Units, Pad-Mounted Transformers, Kiosk Substations, Medium Voltage Cables, and Low Voltage Network including Distribution Boxes and Low Voltage Cables. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - 11kV Ring Main Units - Pad-Mounted Transformers - Kiosk Substations - Medium Voltage Cables - Low Voltage Network including Distribution Boxes - Low Voltage Cables Tender documents are available online at www.itu.edu.pk, https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx, and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a single package containing both Technical and Financial Bids separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped. Submission must be done online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 1500 hours on 26th September 2026. Bids will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Taxes will be deducted according to government rules. Eligibility includes compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submission through the official e-procurement portal. ITU reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
