Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University in Sukkur is procuring the supply and installation of 3D letters frame with lighting modules. The project involves fabrication of 3D letters using 2'' pipe 16 gauge with a letter size of 40'' and letter diameter of 4''. The letters will have a steel border and acrylic 4mm lighting modules with Samsung steel 20 gauge back side and 16 MS steel power supply. The installation and fixing will be completed in all respects at the university premises.
The procurement is managed by the Procurement Department of Sukkur IBA University. Eligible bidders must comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended to date) and should be registered with FBR and ATL. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in supply of similar goods and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government body. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, and bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted.
The deadline for bid submission is strictly enforced, and bids must be complete with all required documents including technical and financial proposals. The bid validity period is 90 days. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of 2% of the contract price and deliver the goods within three calendar days after signing the contract. Payment will be made 100% after delivery and issuance of inspection certificate from the indenting department.
