Supply and Installation of 5 KW Solar System in Baja Wildlife Park Swabi

The Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) for the supply and installation of a 5 KW solar system at Baja Wildlife Park, Swabi. This procurement is part of the 10BTTP Phase-I Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Revised) (Wildlife Component). Items being procured: - Supply and Installation of 5 KW solar system in Baja Wildlife Park, Swabi The scope includes providing a complete solar power system suitable for the park's energy needs, ensuring quality materials and professional installation. The project will be executed as per work order specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA and comply with all regulatory requirements. A 5% bid security in the form of a CDR is required. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website and KPPRA portal. Bidders must submit online bids through EPADS and also provide a sealed hard copy of bid documents to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Wildlife Mardan Wildlife Division at Bughdada Road Nawah Kali Gujar Garhi Mardan before the closing date. The deadline for submission of electronic bids is 17-09-2026 at 1100 Hrs, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs the same day. Bidders are advised to ensure no cutting or overwriting in documents and to provide all required documents including CNIC copy, tax registration, affidavit of non-involvement in court cases, and authorized signatures.
